FAQ

Our standard turn time is 10 business days (Monday through Friday).  Day 1 starts once your artwork is approved and we have received your prepayment.

Your artwork must be submitted in the proper format in order for us to be able to use your file.  Additionally, your payment must be received before we will process your order.  Check payments have a wait time of 7-10 business days.  Credit card payments must be received in full, including shipping costs and sales tax, if applicable, online through SQUARE.

All sales are final.  No returns or exchanges once embroidered or screen printed.  Product not embroidered or screen printed for return are subject to fees.  If you work for or represent a business, you represent and agree that you are authorized by that business to enter into this business agreement on behalf of your company.  Merchandise not picked up within 90 days will be donated.  As we will always try to do our best, we are ultimately not responsible for screenprint or embroidery errors on product that is supplied to us from customers.
